BijsluiterBot: the medicine leaflet bot

BijsluiterBot is a trustworthy AI assistant that helps patients and healthcare professionals understand medical leaflet information through natural language interaction.

Developed within the TrustLLM project, the system answers questions about medical leaflets and provides transparent source citations to support its responses. By combining RAG, ontologies and knowledge graphs, BijsluiterBot serves as a chatbot in the healthcare domain, embedded with factuality, explainability, and trustworthiness.
